What the host should know

Private Grow Parties are built for 8–15 guests.

Plan for approximately two hours of teaching, conversation, and the selected hands-on experience.

RootsOMG provides lesson prep, folders, seeds, and the planting materials included with the experience level selected.
🧀 Snacks
A standard snack tray is included, typically featuring crackers, vegetables with dip, and cheese. Kids receive a kid-friendly snack option.
We'll bring the party to you.
Travel fees are based on distance from RootsOMG's home area and apply once per private event, not per guest.
No additional travel charge.

Private parties may be cancelled without a cancellation charge when RootsOMG receives at least 48 hours' notice.
Any Eventbrite processing rules, deposits, custom purchases, or non-refundable materials connected to a specific booking will be stated on the booking confirmation if they apply.

Every Grow Party includes a light snack tray— typically crackers, vegetables with dip, and cheese—with kid-friendly snack packs available for children.
