At Roots OMG, plants are the language, but you are the seedling.
This site exists because growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Plants need soil checks, sunlight adjustments, seasonal wisdom, and the occasional reality check when something just isn’t thriving. People do too.
Think of this space as a shared garden bed.
We talk about soil temperature (because timing matters).
We talk about roots (because what’s unseen still feeds everything).
We talk about transplants, setbacks, pruning, and patience (because life is rarely linear).
And sometimes we just stand together and say,
“Yep. That’s a hard season. Let’s not plant tomatoes in frost.”
This isn’t a place for pressure or performance.
No forcing blooms.
No shaming slow growth.
No pretending everything is fine when the leaves are clearly wilting.
Instead, Roots OMG is about forward motion, even if it’s one inch at a time.
About learning when to dig deeper and when to look up for sustenance.
About helping each other reach for light without feeling exposed or threatened.
Here, growth is gentle.
